How you're billed depends on how you pay. Card orders are charged when you place them. Invoice customers get one statement on the 10th of each month, covering the month before.
If you pay by card
You pay for each order when you place it. Your receipt is in My Account → Billing → Order Receipts.
If you pay by invoice
You get one Taly statement on the 10th of each month. It contains each supplier's invoice with its VAT, plus Taly's delivery invoice.
Statements are payable within 30 days.
You'll find them in My Account → Billing → Invoices. While a month is still in progress it shows as Building, with the date it becomes available.
Orders arranged with our team
Orders you arrange with us by email or phone show on the platform just like orders you place yourself, and are billed the same way.
