When something in your order is missing, damaged or not right, we refund or credit you for it. You can see every refund and credit in My Account → Billing → Refunds & Credits.
How you get the money back
If you pay by card, the amount is refunded to the card you paid with.
If you pay by invoice, the amount is taken off your next monthly statement.
Find a record of a refund or credit
Log in and go to My Account.
Open Billing.
Select Refunds & Credits. Each row is a monthly summary of the refunds and credits applied that month.
Click View for the item-by-item breakdown.
Good to know
If you order for more than one office, use the All Locations filter to show one location.
